The AGF-APR Aerogel Film<\/strong> builds upon the AGF-AP by incorporating a release liner, forming a three-layer structure: aerogel coating + PET film + release liner. With an ultra-thin 1.9\u202f\u03bcm PET substrate, the total thickness can be as low as 50\u202f\u03bcm.<\/p>

      Anchor Aerogel applies the aerogel coating to the 1.9 \u03bcm PET substrate using nano-particle dispersion coating on its own precision lines, then laminates the release liner to protect the surface through shipping and converting. We work with overseas electronics buyers from drawing review and material selection through sampling and repeat supply, and can provide roll or die-cut samples so your team can validate fit and assembly behavior before design freeze. Custom thickness, width, and cut formats are handled as routine project work. Current technical documentation, including the TDS, is available on request to support supplier qualification and incoming inspection.<\/p>

      Engineering Boundaries & Custom Options<\/h3>

      AGF-APR sits between AGF-AP and the self-adhesive APDR\/PADR constructions: it adds a protective liner but carries no adhesive layer, so your assembly must provide the fixing method. Standard gauges are 100, 200, and 300 \u03bcm within a 70-300 \u03bcm customizable range; note that the model comparison table references a 50 \u03bcm option, so confirm available gauges in the current TDS before specifying minimum thickness. The quoted thermal conductivity applies to the aerogel layer only.
