AGF-AP Aerogel Insulation Film combines an ultra-thin 1.9 \u03bcm PET substrate with a nanodispersed aerogel coating, offering lightweight and highly efficient thermal insulation with thickness options as low as 100 \u03bcm. The aerogel layer forms a continuous, dense thermal barrier with a smooth, soft surface that is dust-free and odorless, ensuring excellent environmental safety.<\/p>

    Anchor Aerogel coats the aerogel layer onto the 1.9 \u03bcm PET substrate on its own precision coating lines and controls converting in-house, supplying AGF-AP in roll form with customizable width and length. We support overseas electronics programs from specification review and sampling through repeat production, and our engineers can advise on gauge selection within the 70-300 \u03bcm range based on your gap and thermal target. Die-cut or roll samples are available for line trials, and shipments are prepared with export packaging. Current technical documentation, including the TDS, can be provided to support your supplier qualification and incoming inspection process.<\/p>

    Engineering Boundaries & Custom Options<\/h3>

    AGF-AP is the base PET-substrate construction of the series: no release liner and no adhesive, so your assembly provides the fixing method and surface protection. Standard gauges are 100, 200, and 300 \u03bcm, customizable from 70 to 300 \u03bcm; the quoted thermal conductivity refers to the aerogel layer only, so compute overall thermal resistance from total build thickness. Continuous operating temperature is -20 to 120\u00b0C, within a -40 to 130\u00b0C resistance range.
