      Anchor Aerogel composites the aerogel coating onto 20-50 \u03bcm copper foil on its own production lines, with bond control designed to prevent delamination and dusting over the product's service life. We work with overseas buyers in power electronics and high-density 3C programs from specification review through sampling and repeat supply, and can prepare roll or die-cut samples to your drawings for thermal and EMI evaluation. Copper gauge selection, custom thickness within 50-400 \u03bcm, and project packaging are handled as standard project work. Current technical documentation, including the TDS, is available on request to support your qualification and design validation.<\/p>

      Engineering Boundaries & Custom Options<\/h3>

      AGF-ACU is the combined heat-spreading, insulation, and EMI-shielding option: use it when a single layer must spread hot spots laterally, block through-plane heat, and attenuate interference above 60 dB (100 MHz-1 GHz). Remember the two published conductivities describe opposite functions - copper above 380 W\/(m\u00b7K) in-plane, aerogel at 0.022-0.026 W\/(m\u00b7K) through-plane - so orientation in the stack matters. No dielectric strength is published because the foil is conductive, and no UL94 rating is listed.
