AG-Powder:Aerogel Particles
Product Description:
AG-Powder is an aerogel particle known as “solid air” or “solid smoke” due to its extremely lightweight nature. It consists of over 90% tiny nanopores and a three-dimensional nanoscale network of silica pore walls, giving it an exceptionally low thermal conductivity. It is used as a raw material in thermal insulation coatings and can also be utilized for filling gaps in various applications that require insulation.
Typical Applications:
- Insulation for various smelting and refining equipment.
- Insulation for high-temperature equipment in various kilns and furnaces.
- Insulation for tanks, vessels, and other equipment.
- Insulation for high-pressure and high-temperature pipelines.
Product Advantages:
- High operating temperature: AG-Powder has a maximum long-term operating temperature of 850°C.
- Outstanding insulation performance: With an ultra-low thermal conductivity, AG-Powder achieves equivalent insulation results while being only one-fourth the thickness of traditional materials.
- Excellent fire resistance: The unique raw materials and production processes of this product provide it with excellent resistance to flame impact.
- Excellent physical strength: AG-Powder possesses strong structural integrity and exhibits excellent tensile and compressive strength among lightweight insulation materials.
- Smooth surface: The flat surface of AG-Powder is suitable for insulation in flat applications.
