Anchor-Tech specializes in high-performance thermal insulation materials, offering a full range of aerogel blankets and boards with exceptionally low thermal conductivity and outstanding temperature resistance. Our aerogel products effectively reduce energy consumption and enhance equipment efficiency across various industrial and cryogenic applications.

Key Features & Advantages

  • Ultra-low thermal conductivity – As low as 0.005 W/m·K at 600°C, significantly outperforming traditional insulation materials and minimizing heat loss.
  •  Comprehensive product range for diverse applications – Suitable for high-temperature equipment, cryogenic storage, and specialized industrial needs, ensuring the right solution for every scenario.
  •  Flexible & rigid options – Choose from bendable aerogel blankets and high-density aerogel boards, tailored to fit different equipment shapes.
  •  High-temperature & cryogenic resistance – Withstand up to 800°C for extreme heat applications and down to -250°C for LNG transportation and storage.

Product Range

  • AG65: Glass Fiber Aerogel Blanket (650°C, 180 kg/m³) . Lightweight and highly efficient, designed for pipes, tanks, and curved equipment insulation.
  •  AG65Plus: Enhanced Glass Fiber Aerogel Blanket (650°C, lower thermal conductivity) . Incorporates light-blocking agents to reduce radiant heat loss by 25%, achieving an ultra-low thermal conductivity of 0.005 W/m·K at 600°C.
  •  AG80: Ceramic Fiber Aerogel Blanket (800°C).  Made with ceramic fiber, offering superior heat resistance over glass fiber for higher-temperature industrial applications.
  •  AG20: PE Aerogel Blanket (Cryogenic Insulation) (Effective from -250°C to ambient temperature) . Engineered for LNG pipelines, transport vessels, liquid nitrogen, and ethylene storage, providing exceptional cryogenic insulation.
  •  AG65B: High-Density Aerogel Board (Glass Fiber Base, 250 kg/m³) .Compared to aerogel blankets, AG65B features lower thermal conductivity but is rigid and non-bendable, ideal for applications requiring structural support.
  •  AG80B: High-Temperature Aerogel Board (Ceramic Fiber Base, 300 kg/m³, 800°C) . Designed for kilns and flat-surface insulation, offering higher density and superior high-temperature performance.

How to Choose an Aerogel Blanket or Board

The right product form depends on operating temperature, surface geometry, mechanical load, and installation access. Flexible blankets are normally preferred for pipes, tanks, vessels, and irregular equipment. Rigid boards are better for flat furnace walls, panels, and areas requiring dimensional stability or compressive resistance.

For cryogenic service, select a blanket system designed for low-temperature flexibility and moisture control. For high-temperature equipment, confirm the continuous service temperature, reinforcement fiber, thickness tolerance, and jacketing method. Always compare current TDS values rather than relying on a generic aerogel specification.

Engineering checklist before requesting a quote

  • Operating and peak temperature, including startup and shutdown cycles
  • Pipe/equipment dimensions, available insulation thickness, and jacketing type
  • Indoor/outdoor environment, moisture exposure, vibration, and maintenance access
  • Required roll size, sheet size, cutting tolerance, and annual consumption
  • Project documents needed: TDS, SDS, test reports, and export packaging details

FAQ

Choose a blanket for curved or irregular equipment and a board for flat, load-bearing, or dimensionally stable panels. Many projects use both forms in different areas.

No. Product construction and reinforcement determine the service range. Confirm the exact grade and current TDS for your minimum and maximum operating temperatures.

Send operating temperature, dimensions, target thickness, quantity, application photos or drawings, destination port, and any required documentation.
