  1. AG50 – High-Performance Aerogel Sheet

AG50G: Glass fiber-based aerogel sheet with a wet-laid surface mat, optimized for LFP battery cell insulation. Thickness: 1mm (customizable). 

AG50C: Ceramic fiber-based aerogel sheet, specifically designed for NCM battery cell insulation.

By laminating AG50 with PE or PI film, we eliminate aerogel powder shedding, ensuring cleaner and more durable insulation performance. 

 

  1. AG35 – Pre-Oxidized Fiber Aerogel Sheet

The pioneering aerogel solution for battery cell fire protection, setting the industry standard for thermal insulation and flame resistance. 

 

  1. AG-Sponge – Ultra-Low Thermal Conductivity

– Thickness: 0.04mm – 5mm 

– Thermal conductivity: 0.018 W/(m·K) at room temperature 

– Operating range: -180°C to 200°C

  1. AG-Film – Ultra-Thin Coated Aerogel

– Aerogel coated onto a thin film substrate, achieving an ultra-slim 0.1mm thickness

– Specially designed for clothing applications 

– Thickness: 0.4mm – 3mm

How to Select Ultra-Thin Aerogel Insulation

Ultra-thin aerogel products are used where conventional insulation cannot fit: battery packs, electronic devices, compact equipment, apparel or protective layers, and narrow thermal gaps. Start with the available thickness, then select the product form according to substrate, flexibility, adhesive requirement, and die-cutting process.
