AGF-ACU Copper Foil Aerogel Film – Ultra-Thin Thermal & EMI Shielding Layer
AGF-ACU is an ultra-thin composite insulation film made of a 20–50 μm copper foil and a nanoporous aerogel coating. With a total thickness of 100–300 μm, it combines high thermal conductivity (>380 W/m·K), EMI shielding (>60 dB, 100 MHz–1 GHz), and low vertical heat transfer (0.022–0.026 W/m·K) for excellent dual-sided heat management.
Engineered for power devices, LED modules, and high-density 3C electronics, this material prevents heat spread to sensitive zones while maintaining strong structural integrity. Its puncture-resistant copper core and nano-engineered aerogel layer ensure long-term reliability—no delamination, no dusting.
Easy to install with conductive or double-sided adhesives, AGF-ACU performs in –20 °C to 220 °C environments. It is ideal for electronic thermal insulation, EMI protection, and precision equipment in high-end manufacturing.
