Product Description

The AGF-APR Aerogel Film builds upon the AGF-AP by incorporating a release liner, forming a three-layer structure: aerogel coating + PET film + release liner. With an ultra-thin 1.9 μm PET substrate, the total thickness can be as low as 50 μm.

The core aerogel coating is formulated using nano-particle dispersion technology, ensuring a uniform, dense, and continuous thermal insulation layer. Its surface is smooth and soft to the touch. The film is dust-free, odorless, and environmentally safe—ideal for sensitive electronic applications.

With a low thermal conductivity of just 0.022–0.026 W/(m·K), the AGF-APR significantly outperforms traditional insulation materials, enabling efficient thermal management even in compact spaces. It acts as an effective thermal barrier between batteries and screens while also providing electrical insulation.

The easy-peel release liner ensures clean removal with no adhesive residue, streamlining installation and improving material utilization. Lightweight, highly insulating, and precision-cuttable, AGF-APR is ideal for flexible electronics, including wearable devices and foldable smartphones.
