Product Description

AGF-TADR Aerogel Film features a four-layer composite structure consisting of a TPU film, aerogel coating, double-sided adhesive, and release liner, with typical thickness options ranging from 130 to 330 microns. The TPU film serves as a flexible, wear-resistant support layer that withstands mechanical vibration and abrasion, making it ideal for high-wear applications such as drone battery compartments and industrial robot joints.

The aerogel coating provides excellent thermal insulation with a low thermal conductivity of 0.022–0.026 W/(m·K). The double-sided adhesive enables quick and easy installation, while the release liner ensures convenient handling. This four-layer design effectively addresses thermal insulation, protection, and ease of application.

The TPU film offers oil resistance and wide temperature tolerance, suitable for both high and low temperature environments. The advanced composite of aerogel coating and TPU results in a smooth, dust-free, odorless surface with no particle shedding under dynamic loads.
