Product Description
AGF-AP Aerogel Insulation Film combines an ultra-thin 1.9 μm PET substrate with a nanodispersed aerogel coating, offering lightweight and highly efficient thermal insulation with thickness options as low as 100 μm. The aerogel layer forms a continuous, dense thermal barrier with a smooth, soft surface that is dust-free and odorless, ensuring excellent environmental safety.
With a thermal conductivity as low as 0.022–0.026 W/(m·K), AGF-AP outperforms conventional insulation materials, effectively blocking heat transfer in confined spaces while providing electrical insulation. It is ideal for precise thermal management in sensitive electronics such as smartphones, smartwatches, tablets, LED backlights, TVs, and battery modules.
The release liner design allows easy peeling during installation without leaving residue, improving application efficiency and material usage. AGF-AP’s combination of thinness, superior insulation, precise cuttability, and ease of installation makes it especially suited for wearable devices, foldable phones, and other flexible electronics.
