AGF-AR is a high-performance thermal insulation film engineered using advanced manufacturing techniques. It features a composite structure consisting of a nanoparticle-dispersed aerogel coating bonded to a release liner, with a typical thickness ranging from 320 to 400 microns. The aerogel layer forms a smooth, continuous, and dense insulating surface, offering a soft touch and refined texture. Free from dust emission and harsh odors, AGF-AR meets high standards of environmental safety and user comfort.
With an ultra-low thermal conductivity of just 0.022–0.026 W/(m·K), it significantly outperforms traditional insulation materials—even in tight spaces. The integrated release liner can be removed cleanly without residue during installation, greatly improving application efficiency and material utilization.
