Product Description
Pure Aerogel Insulation Film (AGF-N) is a pure aerogel coating with no substrate, available in standard thicknesses ranging from 500 to 3000 microns. With an ultra-low thermal conductivity of 0.018–0.024 W/(m·K), it provides 3–4 times better insulation than traditional materials. It effectively blocks heat transfer across a wide temperature range from -40°C to 300°C.
As a pure aerogel coating, AGF-N’s key advantages lie in its exceptional thermal insulation and ultra-thin profile. Even at just 500 microns thick, it delivers insulation performance several times greater than conventional materials.
Using a specialized bonding process, the aerogel coating forms a fully integrated insulation layer. Its internal nano-particle network is tightly cross-linked, ensuring long-term durability without powder shedding or vibration-related failures—issues commonly seen in traditional powdered insulation. The substrate-free design also allows for higher temperature tolerance, eliminating the residue problems caused by substrate degradation and achieving the optimal balance between high-temperature performance, thinness, and insulation efficiency.
