Aerogel Fireproof Coating AG-FPC is a high-performance, water-based fireproof and thermal insulation coating, meticulously formulated using silica aerogel powder and other inorganic components. By incorporating nanostructured aerogel material, it maintains an ultra-lightweight composition while offering exceptional fire resistance, thermal insulation, and electrical insulation properties. Its formulation is free from toxic and harmful substances, complies with environmental protection standards, and has 0 VOC (volatile organic compound) emissions, ensuring no adverse impact on the environment or human health during use.
When exposed to flames or high temperatures, AG-FPC rapidly expands, forming a dense insulating layer that effectively blocks heat transfer, significantly delaying flame spread and enhancing the fire resistance of structures. In addition to its fireproof function, it boasts an ultra-low thermal conductivity, effectively preventing heat transmission in high-temperature environments and providing safe and stable thermal protection. Moreover, it is non-conductive, making it suitable for use in fireproof insulation applications requiring electrical safety.
AG-FPC offers flexible and convenient application methods, requiring no primer and allowing direct application through brushing, spraying, or rolling onto various substrates such as metal, concrete, plastic, and wood. It ensures excellent adhesion and long-lasting weather resistance.
