Product Description

AGF-APDR Aerogel Film is a high-performance thermal insulation material featuring a composite structure of aerogel coating + 5μm PET film + 10μm double-sided adhesive + release liner. It is available in thicknesses ranging from 50 to 300 microns. With built-in adhesive functionality, it is designed for easy and convenient installation across various applications.

The double-sided adhesive layer offers excellent adhesion, allowing direct bonding to metal, plastic, glass, and other surfaces once the release liner is removed. This enables quick, tool-free installation, making it ideal for electronics, household appliances, and electronic components, especially in confined spaces or scenarios requiring efficient thermal management.

The aerogel coating has a smooth, dust-free surface with no odor and remains stable and reliable at both room and elevated temperatures. The adhesive layer maintains strong bonding without softening or peeling between -20℃ and 220℃, ensuring long-term stable insulation performance.

With a low thermal conductivity of 0.022–0.026 W/(m·K), far below traditional insulation materials, this aerogel film delivers excellent heat insulation while saving space, making it the perfect choice for 3C electronics, precision electronic devices, appliances, and various thermal management applications.
